I went back after my coffee wasn’t done correctly and Aspen helped me with my coffee she’s very friendly and have a beautiful smile. I definitely enjoyed my cup of coffee that she prepared perfectly.
The two stars is saved by Thomas who took over and actually asked questions to find a solution. Andrea didn't appreciate being told the cold brew wasn't as expected, took the drink back from the drive thru, exclaimed she thinks they know how to make a drink, and stormed away to not be seen again. Thomas came to the window and asked what my sister was expecting and made it then proceeded to hand us the rest of our order.
