The customer service was terrible. The young lady showed disconcerted and unprofessional attitude whether I was happy with the service. She wasn’t friendly and approachable. I tried being friendly with her and I did not received the same thing in return back from her at all. In other words. If she wake up on the wrong side of the bed she should have stayed home. Serving the public isn’t a place for her and the attitude she displayed. With the attitude she displayed set the atmosphere to where you don’t wish to return. Please consider replacing this person if you wish for Subway to proceed in the area.

Tired of seeing these old folks who probably aren’t competent enough to drive complaining about coupons. Employees at locations have no control over their POS systems, or corporate. Get a life. Their subs are always made perfect, employees are very friendly, and this specific subway has a very chill vibe to it. The manager Joe is very goofy and an easy going guy, Dallas is very helpful and friendly, the brown haired and blonde haired girls make the most neat sandwiches i’ve ever seen, and the short fellow with dreads(?) is cool ASL! . These people in these reviews are ridiculous, and bring your stars down simply because subway locations (almost everyone in huber) doesn’t participate in BOGO coupons, cry about it.

This location did not accept my coupon I received in the mail just 2 days ago. It's "not a participating location" . I'm really getting tired of hearing this from subway locations. If no one accepts the coupons that corporate issues, why in the heck spend money to send them to us.

Went to this subway on 9/10/23 @ 1:00 pm. Was waited on by "Shelby ". What a sour puss of an individual. I almost walked out just the way she treating the guy in front of me. I usually go to the one on Brandt pike. Which by the way, they have horrible customer skills, didn't think it could get worse, but "Shelby " proved that wrong.What's wrong with greeting people with some sort of smile, some sort of appreciation you selected this store? No, it's you are bothering me. You are taking time away from my iPhone. I'm doing you a favor by making your sandwich. It's too bad Shelby has the personality of a peanut butter sandwich. Every other business in the area was busy, not here.By the way , clean your meat slicer. Crap all over it

Ate here a few times prior. Was clean, staff friendly and food decent. Latest visit was whole other story. Bathroom dirty, eating area filthy/uncleaned at most tables and for some reason this location blocks your view of the ingredients they have partially. Also menu was lacking meal combos available standards at other locations but they made them anyways. Won't be eating here again.

Worst subway ever.. bread was damn near raw.. asked for a refund they said id have to come in, they cant void a transaction over the phone... never heard of this before.. i wouldnt step 10 feet near this subway.

Stopped here in huber heights after work to get dinner. I had received a coupon from our local paper. Got to the subway n was told they didn't honor my coupon because the manager said they aren't honoring them. It's a subway coupon.!! Just lost my business!

Service was absolutely awful. We waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged while the manager joe was finishing bread and took a few minutes to scroll on his phone. When he finally did say something to us, he was very rude the whole time. Will not be coming back
