“Stopped here today for the first time about 40 minutes before closing. They were super accommodating and Natalie our server said to not rush at all. They make 99% of everything from scratch. I am gluten sensitive so ordered their brined chicken and avocado wrap but instead on their home made gf toasted bun. Chicken was super moist and delicious and this bun was to die for. Comes with thin hand cut and tasty fries. I will be back for sure.”
“Just made our second visit to Green Valley and finally got to try a pizza. It was excellent! Definitely get the homemade chips & dip if you visit. Beer selection is always interesting, although if you are a fan of darker beers (porters, stouts, dunkels, etc) the pickings are pretty slim.”
“Beautifully remodeled. Food was AMAZING! They were able to customize my order to make it all vegan. My carnivore husband enjoyed all of the options. This is by far one of our favorite places to go!Vegetarian options: They were able to make the vegetarian dishes we ordered all vegan as well.”
“The restaurant's mission is consistency and the food is ALWAYS delicious. The short rib bruschetta paired with the Maison Nicholas Pinot Noir was absolute perfection. I constantly enjoy sitting in the pub area and my mom, dad, and significant other especially enjoy the pub food including the short rib nachos and pretzels.I love to get my holiday wine here as well. I am always so impressed with how much variety NE has. I managed to get a case with all of my favorites including a Beaujolais Nouveau, Georges Duboeuf Pinot Noir, and Lobster Reef Sauvignon Blanc for the upcoming holidays. I do wish that the beer selection had a tad more variety as we enjoy ciders, sours, goses, and stouts and the fridge was mostly IPAs but overall, always a wonderful visit to this local gem.PS. Lambic beer is a little rare to find and I'm really glad NE stocked this!”
“By far has the best pizza and salads! Nothing fancy and thank goodness they haven't changed a thing since I was a kid and would go after a football games every Friday! So many great memories here! Always familiar faces, great service and feels like home!”
“Don Patron is the best. Food and service are consistently excellent. The staff is always welcoming. It's fast and affordable. My family of 5 is in agreement to go to Don Patron every time.”
“Amazing cozy place. Has great atmosphere. Family who owns it are amazing, everyone is so helpful and considerate. I’m new vegan so I was very honored to be treated with chefs special vegetable plate dinner. Drinks are amazing. They have team of servers that has been with them for long time, this makes it very authentic and knowledgeable. Loved everything about it. Upstairs and downstairs both equally amazing spots.Vegetarian options: Some dishes certainly could be ordered as we can option. Chef is happy to create something special and beautiful for your taste.”
“The food was good, I loved the seasoning on my chicken mishwi, and my wife ordered the same but with beef kaftka as well, both on rice with vermicelli. Lots of leftovers, and the bill was surprisingly low for two full entrees with homemade hummus and extra pita bread. Neither of us were really a fan of the cold Lebanese salata (basically a salad with cucumbers, onion, tomato, and a garlicky lemon sauce), but it did look very pretty on the plate. The restaurant was sort of small but very clean, and we were seated between two groups of loud teenagers so we couldn't really hear each other talk, but we can't fault the restaurant for that honestly. The folks eating in there ranged by age so it was just an unlucky draw really. Our server oddly enough was also the host/hostess, she did come and give us refills, but it took a while to get the check (and to order some extra take-home hummus), but they may have been short staffed for the evening which is common for honestly most places these days. She was friendly. We enjoyed the food and the price was very reasonable, I'm sure we will be back, might just get it for takeout though next time.”
“Much better than your average Chinese restaurant. Food was tasty and plentiful, service was friendly and attentive and the price for lunch was very reasonable. What's not to like?”
“Started with a great cocktail at the bar. Bartender was exceptional. Meet a great young couple at the bar. Had dinner in the bar area. Waiter Joe was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the last elk chip which was just amazing. Chef did a great job and also prepared my wife's steak perfectly. Great evening with great food and drink.”
“The food was predictably good, as was the service. The restaurant was quite noisy and, as we were a party of 6, the seating configuration wasn't conducive to us having a conversation. They put a table for 2 at the end of a table for 4, extending into the aisle. A large square or round table would have been preferable.”
“Here visiting from out of state. Unique vibe with great sub options. It was so good the first time we had it that we went back a day later! The Philly Steak was great. I want to try everything on the menu!”
“Stopped in today for breakfast.. it is our first time here! Wow it was amazing - food was great staff is so friendly and the 50s style diner is a happy place. We will be back again.”
“Great atmosphere, bartenders and food. Every time I am in town this is a place I have to stop at. Pool tables, TV's all over, wrap around bar, juke box plus so much more, definitely recommend.”
“We ordered a salad topped with salmon, French Onion Soup and the sirloin and mashed potatoes. The salad was crisp and fresh, and the salmon served medium as ordered. It was very good. The French onion soup was excellent with plenty of onions in a tasty broth. The sirloin was cooked medium as ordered. It tasted great but was a bit tough to chew. Service was very good - friendly and efficient.”
