Hamburgers not cooked and buns were wet and soggy!! Manager Sam wanted us to come back for remake or we could get a refund, but to get refund you had to go back to swipe card. I asked for a credit/gift card and he said they don’t give those!! Then asked if there was anything else he could do for me?? Hmmm.. you haven’t done anything yet! GM Kayla was not there when I asked to speak to his boss. Told me to call back when she works if I wanted to!! Horrible customer service!...read full review
truck parking, yes, dining room closed, so I'm supposed to not eat. or eat like the subhuman I'm assumed to be?
funny, mcdonalds, across the street has an open dining room, so either Wendy's doesn't pay enough to get people to work there, or are to greedy and don't want to hire people to staff the dining room, I'm betting to cheap to do either. no loss, as they got none of my money, nor will they ever.
