Great customer service, we placed an on-line order , payed on-line and it said our card was declined, tried again and same thing .only to find out it had charged our account 2x. My husband went to pick up our food and explained what had happened , the manager apologized and comped our food ! It only takes one act of kindness and GREAT customer service to keep a customer coming back !! Kudos to the manager there tonight, we appreciated it .
I’ve been here twice while visiting my daughter at school. Both times the food has been fresh and good. It is one of my daughter’s favorite places to eat when she is at school.We order at the counter and by the time we get our drinks and find our table, the food is usually brought out a couple minutes later.Nice place to eat when you want something quick to eat.
