A neurologist friend took me here many years ago as a graduation celebration from nursing school. I’ve been coming back ever since, and I’ve never had a disappointment for a night or meal. “My friend and I went there last night for my birthday. The food was amazing!! Everything we ordered was just delicious. Meals were paced out perfectly in between. All the plates were a good portion for the shareable experience. We ordered first was the tuna crostini and the lamb hummus. Both by far amazing! The hummus was the best hummus I have ever had!! (Side note. The chef came over and told us that there is this wrap on HH during the week, we will def be back for it!) Second was the zucchini plate on top of a ricotta puree. Amazing! Not sure how he cooked it, but it was crisp and delightful! Then we had this fried Idaho potato! 🥔 literally the biggest potato I have ever seen. Topped with a feta, chives and creme fraise, sided with a homemade sriracha. Just yum!!! Then finally, aged and cooked to perfection, a hangar steak. 🥩 sliced for sharing with a salad on the side. It was amazing! The chef did a great job on presentations, food, and that steak is to die for! Also didn’t mention on yummy the cocktail menu is!!! 5/5 would visit again to try more items! I might even order that hummus tonight again for takeout! 🫶🫶🫶”

“First time having real Indian food and I was blown away. The hot had flavor, not just heat. So many sauces and chutneys, they even have an all you can eat lunch buffet daily that I’m so coming back for. Small restaurant but what charm the atmosphere had. 18 years in business and I can see why.”

“Great cookies with unique flavors. Always love the ones with the pat of butter on top! These are the type of cookies you bring to a party and you buy their little cookie cutter and it cuts them in like six pieces I think. Then everyone gets to try a little wedge of all the different flavors and it's fantastic and fun!”

“The monkey bread is a favorite treat around here, though I prefer the cinnamon buns and the sourdough. The peasant loaf is a terrific stew supplement, and there's no better sandwich than one with the butter top or sourdough. One of my favorite places when making a special dinner.”

After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. It's the perfect spot if you want a bar atmosphere without the negative effects of alcohol. Easy parking, great company, and seriously the best kava with cacao (I always get mine with oat milk!). The staff was very friendly and accommodating also. They gave me a few good recommendations on good food in the area.

As for the atmosphere, it was pretty lively with a good mix of people. The building seems a little old so the bar kind of has a dive feel to it. I mean that in a good way though. There is also some cool decor and a room with a pool table. There is also a shuffleboard table.

Overall, this place was a good place for me to get some cheap brews and wind down during happy hour.”

We went there often during our stay in Ohio City. The staff were so friendly and personable. Will return on our next visit!”
