Monday, November 27th was their last day in business, sadly. They are no longer open and will be replaced by a Chase Bank sometime soon. Closest one to here is in Rocky River.

The food can be good at times and I really like the menu. But the place is often closed at sporadic times during normal business hours and half of the bagel choices are usually not available. I try to visit the Rocky River location, if possible, as they always have everything fresh and ready to go.

Placed an order on the app Sunday morning, but the store was closed when I went to pick it up despite the order going through and the app giving me a pickup time. Now I’m told I have to go back in person just to get a refund and there’s no company wide customer service number to call. Online form says 3-5 business day response time. Unacceptable customer service.

great products and coffee! I love the bagel selections and the cream cheese. they also have almond milk for any coffee which I love. the service is fast and employees have great customer service! The ambiance could be a bit better, but I understand they aren't dining in. 10/10!

I keep trying to go here because it was so good when I was young. Every time I go here now though, just like everything else, it's just slapped together. Especially here. For instance, last time I stopped in I got a dozen bagels with an iced latte. My girlfriend was handed her "iced latte" but it was literally just a cup of cold black coffee. We didn't say any thing and the worker was like passive aggressively like "did you want milk in it" it's a latte? Just added milk to the iced coffee. Still not a latte. The place is closed every other day. So half assed lmao I'm sick of places like this.

Eating an Einstein bagel is like eating a disappointing McFlurry. You're like "Oh this looks like it has m&ms yum!" And then you take a bite and realize there are like 6 on the top layer and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. I have tried most of Einstein's flavors and am almost always underwhelmed. Cinnoman sugar - asiago, blueberry they are all bland. Even the cream cheese is bland! The only one that measures up to competitors is the sesame - which is a pretty mild flavor to begin with.Compared to other bagels in the area, Einstein's are expensive for what you are getting. In Cleveland you can get a locally made, artisanal bagel for about the price (~4). I also have found that they are sloppily prepared about half of the time. I really only go there when all the other breakfast places are too out of the way.

I ALWAYS order the chorizo sunrise breakfast bagel and it’s always super delicious. Never had an issue with my order EVER! Love love love.

No more caribou coffee but theirs isn't terrible. The bagels are okay. The service isn't very good. The dining room is just for decoration. You can just get what you came for and get out.
What a hard working team. I was treated so well and the food was outstanding. Everyone was so nice and patient. I can't wait to come back.

This place is nasty. The employees all look like tweakers who've been up for 4 days and complain about having to actually, ya know, work while you're at work. Makes me want to eat less walking into this place.

I used to come here all the time for some Sunday Morning bagels. This place is great and is usually pretty fast. They can run out of your favorite bagels if you get don’t get there early enough. The staff are always nice and this is one of the few places in Lakewood where parking isn’t cramped.

Overall the food is good. However, what we ended up with was no where near what is pictured on the app. The breakfast burrito is good but had little ingredients. The chorizo sandwich in the app had avocado spread overflowing the bagel. We ordered two and both had 3 little pieces of avocado not detected until we took off the top of the bagel. It’s nice to have a place that serves breakfast until 2:00 pm. Just know that what you get will be less than what is pictured on the app.
