I was in the other night at about 10pm to get a chicken sandwich. I get home and take a bite of the sandwich flip it over and see this on it. MOLD!! I called the restaurant because at that point I wasn’t going to eat anything else. The gentleman that was working the window gave me a refund on the sandwich. He was very nice and understanding as to why I would want a refund on the meal. He apologized profusely and told me they get their bread daily except for Wednesdays and Sundays. Which I was a Wednesday. So I’m assuming the bread was already bad when it arrived. But yall just make sure to check your food before eating.

Okay. Here we go...I pull up to the first window. I pay. The young gentleman with glasses was very polite and kind. He handed me my receipt, which i promptly crumpled and tossed aside, and proceeded to carry on forward. The woman standing at the second window resembled some lovecraftian goblin. Her hair was this mass of disgusting black strands, shining with grease. Her face was old and sunk in, her underbite snarled at me as I looked at her. She said "did you pay??" With a high pitched rasp similar to nails on a chalkboard. I said yes! I did. She snarled "do you have your receipt?".This is when I panicked. I was on borrowed time. On My lunchbreak at work. I thought to myself. "This is the end of my Career. I will be sitting here arguing about this for the entirety of my lunch minute. I will return to work and be told to clear out my desk". Anyhow, this eldritch woman snapped at me once more. "WHERE IS YOUR RECEIPT" She howled. I frantically shuffled around in a fury, attempting to find the blasted thing. And BAM, there it was, it was like the clouds parted on this dreary day to grace me with light. However this feeling would be fleeting. Once she had my receipt in her claws, she barks at me "you paid for the wrong meal. Did you know that?". I replied, taken back by her horrific demeanor and lazy eye, "n-no?! I did??.. how much was it?"... She handed me back the receipt. Like the finals, I was in shock and awe, as I saw what I had just purchased. A whopper, LG fry, and a LG unsweetened tea. The meal of Diablo himself. I was destroyed. I had paid for another man's meal. My manhood gone. My livelihood destroyed. However I was able to escape the devilish grasp of that creature of the night and I made off with my meal. BK, if you've made it this far, drug test her. She is on meth. Thank you.

The place is awful. Orders are always wrong staff is always rude as hell.....this is literally THE WORST place to go in lancaster 0/10 do not recommend for anyone to visit this location

Terrible experience. Only 3 total cars in drive thru and it took 24 minutes to get order.Of course after this wait all food was ice cold.

If I could give a zero I would. I worked at Burger King in high school and this one is the worst I've ever experienced. It takes forever. I ordered on Ubereats and it has been over 2 hours and it still shows the driver as waiting to pick up the order. All I got were fries, a Whopper, and a chicken sandwich. I ordered before I left work and it takes 45 mins for me to get home. The Burger King is 7 mins from my house. I canceled my order and got Wendy's. It is already on it's way in 10 minutes. I will never go to this one again. The management there should be ashamed.

Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes with a line to the road. They took one order at a time with 15 minutes in between each order and prioritized lobby orders even when drive thru customers were there first and waiting the longest. They were not short staffed, they just didn't feel the need to service drive thru in a timely manner and didn't seem to care at all about the upset drive thru customers waiting. When I got home our whoppers didn't even have ketchup on them we had to add it ourselves. And the shake we got was not filled to the top like usual. It will be a long while before we go back to burger King. This was the WORST experience I've had a fast food restaurant.

Ordered a regular Whoper meal, it came with no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions. The bun was burnt. The Sprite had zero lemon lime flavor, with zero syrup, just fizzy water.

I came here for dinner with my children and to allow them to play in the tubes while I took an online midterm for school. As soon as I got here I sat down and let my children go to the tubes to play so I could log into the WIFI and log into my exam on time. As soon as I sat down, a manager came up to me and stated, "Excuse me, we have a no solicitation policy. You have to buy something to be in here." I wasn't even there 10 minutes yet at this point. Then, after purchasing our meal, my son spilled his drink. I went to the front to make them aware of the spill so that someone could assist me with a mop. I have worked for companies before and know how detrimental a wet spot with no wet floor sign can be for a business. I guess the girl at the front didn't like that we had an accident because shortly after, the WIFI disconnected. It could have been anything that caused this but I overheard her saying to her fellow employees she had done so and saying, "I'm so petty." and laughing obnoxiously about it. This is such a nice location for kids to enjoy the free space and they took so many YEARS after COVID to open it up I thought we'd finally enjoy some time here. We have been here 3 times this week, purchasing dinner, and playing. This is not the first time the girl up front was rude. The customer service is so horrible here and corporate needs to check this location. They do not reflect Burger King well and I'm sure after the manager of this location reads this he will do nothing to rectify the HORRIBLE experience I had. I will simply not return and tell everyone about this despicable treatment at Burger King.

Worst fast food in all of Lancaster. I rarely go here because service is ALWAYS bad, but occasionally I forget and just hope they have new people. They always do, but it's always worse people. This time I ordered burgers for breakfast online and sat in the drive-thru waiting to be acknowledged for a ridiculous amount of time. Then the person can't hear me so SHE starts screaming and eventually tells me to pull forward. She proceeded to swear up a storm that would make a US marine blush (not angrily, being friendly even) before she tells me that they haven't made the order because it's breakfast time and they haven't switched over. I'll have to wait until 10:30 (it was 10:27 and the burgers for breakfast thing is supposed to mean I can get a burger at 7AM if I want) so I pull up where a different woman hands me my drink and asks me to pull up into a handicapped parking space. Ummm no, that's illegal.

So I just ordered Burger King on the DoorDash app. I ordered their honey mustard chicken wraps and let me just say I got less than a half of a piece of a chicken breast on my wrap. It’s almost 4 dollars per chicken wrap and what you’re paying for is just a rapid self. They are skimpy expensive and ordered a large onion ring, and when I received it, it was barely half full. I know it was not the driver when I received the bag it was taped up properly. It was Burger King if you want to eat there I highly suggest yourself, so if they mess up your order, you can make sure they fix it .
