Stopped to grab a drink in drive thru last night about 10pm. Team members were the nicest ever experienced in a fast food place. Had to give them a shout out! Drinks were fresh & good too.

Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes with a line to the road. They took one order at a time with 15 minutes in between each order and prioritized lobby orders even when drive thru customers were there first and waiting the longest. They were not short staffed, they just didn't feel the need to service drive thru in a timely manner and didn't seem to care at all about the upset drive thru customers waiting.
