usually really good but today I ordered a drink at 1:11pm. by 1:34 I finally got my drink but thr wrong size. I told Noah who made it that and he instead of remaking it the right size, basically refused to remake it and told the other batista that he Already gave me my drink. which she knew he didn't. I waited a further 30 minutes and watched him make all other mobile orders before going and asking the cashier what was the issue. she made the drink herself and he refused to acknowledge...read full review

The staff was very helpful and served up an excellent Chai tea latte with skim milk. I usually don't come to this Starbucks since it is on the other side of town for me, but, I had an appointment on this side of town. I like both of the Starbucks in the Kroger stores and also in the Target store. I have not visited just the Starbucks yet, but I will.

Starbucks, kroger east main...So usually the drinks taste good and the service is OK from most employees.... BUT my 2 daughters and I was helped by EMILY today! She is very knowledgeable and answered a couple questions I had. Both my daughters said it was THE BEST caramel ribbon crunch and I know for a fact mine was the best tasting keto drink I've had!
