Worst Starbucks experience ever!!! I usually don’t make reviews, but it was too bad not to leave a rating. To start they didn’t have any cup sizes besides xs and medium. Second the lady running the shop had not pulled up her hair or washed her apron in what looked like a year, and also was handling the food with no gloves. Very unsanitary compared to any Starbucks I’ve ever seen. We ordered a coffee cake that was served in the plastic wrapper with the date on it and later we asked for it to be heated, and it came back out just in a bag. Not heated like we asked. To add on to this mess we ordered only two drinks and were charged for three. Not only this but we were not given what we ordered and did not receive the additives we payed for. Very disappointed. Not impressed by anything. DO NOT COME HERE EVER.

Worst customer service. Ordered a large strawberry cream frap and reg pink drink. They gave me two regular size. I told her I ordered a large! The lady making the drinks literally told me "thats not what I heard".... Never again will I order from that location!

First off I don't know if the starbucks employees were trying to make fun of my name or if they're just severely illiterate. either way somebody should probably check on that because its bad for businessSecond of all the had a very long wait time which is suprising considering they were really slow at the time of this incident which occurred on January 29th. usually really good but today I ordered a drink at 1:11pm. by 1:34 I finally got my drink but thr wrong size. I told Noah who made it that and he instead of remaking it the right size, basically refused to remake it and told the other batista that he Already gave me my drink. which she knew he didn't. I waited a further 30 minutes and watched him make all other mobile orders before going and asking the cashier what was the issue. she made the drink herself and he refused to acknowledge it.

Have stopped several times between 7pm and 7:30pm to get a coffee just to be told they are closed and not serving anymore. Says they close at 8pm. Disappointing when I crave some extra goodness and caffeine before a 12 hour night shift at the hospital and can’t get it during the hours it states it’s open. Seems to be the younger employees. Tonight the girl was closed because she was sick.
Showed up to the Main Street Lancaster location (inside Kroger) this evening a few minutes before 7:30 pm and was promptly told by the woman behind the counter "sorry, we're closed". To which I replied - oh really? Because it says you're open until 8pm online.She never replied. Only the one comment that they were closed.Guess I won't bother driving to this location again.
