Pizza, salad, beer and atmosphere were good. Very different from the legacy restaurant before they were sold on one thing. Price. I get that it's more expensive these days. I understand they spent a lot of money to repurpose the old traders space. But at minimum, the cost for this meal was about 20% more than other places in town for the same thing. If it was competitive, I would go back. It's not. Same stuff, more money. Likely won't be back.

When Two Became Three
Had dinner here with family craving for pizza, and it's so good.. atmosphere was so clean and nice.. waitresses are also nice.. we loved their French fries too (I know it's just fries, but there's is so crispy and well cooked. Liking their new location. Just kinda hard to find a parking spot when it's their busy hour, but other than that, we all loved it.

The service wasn't great had to go ask for refills and silverware. The pizza was just okay but the cannolis are out of this world that's the only reason I'm giving them a 3 star ? was because of the cannolis if not I would give them a two because of the service and the just okay Pizza. I don't like leaving bad reviews but sorry just being honest.

Very disappointed. Went there to dine in , waited 15 minutes, kept getting looked at but no service..not even acknowledged. They don't deserve the Tiberio name!!

Not the Tiberios of the past unfortunately. When they reopened in 2023 it was exactly how I remembered it. Generous with the toppings, the cheese, and the sauce (many times you would have 4-5 pepperonis stacked together throughout the pie and so much cheese). Crust was done to perfection. This was my all time favorite pizza place for over 20 years, even over the pizza I had in Italy.The last 6 months I have noticed the pizza quality has gone way down hill. Crust is overdone most of the time (it has come out burnt on one side many times). They have cut way back on the toppings, the cheese, and especially the sauce. The last two pizzas have been very dry with hardly any sauce at all.It used to be I could justify the high price for the high quality, but I find myself still paying $23 for the extra large and getting a far inferior product. They are really not living up to the Tiberios name of the past.

Tried ordering online, when i clicked submit i got a message that said i was over the maximum amount for delivery, so i called to place a delivery order and the cashier said that i had to go back to their website and delete the online order that i had attempted from the start, then call back again to place the order again!! So i just had my boyfriend to call and place the order, paid with credit card, all ok. We never received our pizza, called back in to see what the problem was, the guy said they dont have a delivery driver and they will refund our money! They have horrible customer service, we will never order there again!!! I can not believe that i had to delete a non existing order online before i could order a pizza!! Unbelievable!!!

Consistently when you call to order they put you on hold then after 15 minutes hang up. When asked about this practice they admit they do this when they are running 1 to 1 1/2 hours behind.
The decor is nice. I can't believe it is the same place from the diner it was before. Nicely decorated! The pizza was good, but I think they could have used some shaved ham instead of the mini cubes that were used. Staff was new.

Despite specifying extra sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and requesting extra crispiness each time, the pizza place consistently fell short of meeting these expectations. The $30 spent did not translate into the desired customization, and the manager's rudeness only compounded the overall dissatisfaction with the experience.

I ordered 45 dollars with of food from this pizza place Delivered mind you , took 1 hour and 10 minutes.. I called back in to just let them know about our First experience with them,, The Manager was very unwilling to hear me out , just kept saying did I take a picture and bring the food back in,,, They do not like to give Free food away!!! Well first off I ordered a large pizza with the whole thing with extra cheese, and extra sauce. With 1/2 being extra pepperoni and on the other half, with sausage.. The pizza was dry !!! I could see the little bit of cheese and crust between those so called extra pepperonis!!! Very dry and over cooked! Our cheese bread was as hard as a brick bat!! And our potato skins were so dry and over cooked also, and I paid for an extra sour cream,, which I did not get!!! So I was not asking for any free hand outs , just thought they would like to know, so they can improve the Food situations and there well now since I called there ,, you might say How To Run A Business!! Being nice and willingness to understand your Customers!! Complaints and expectations!! Telling me to take a picture and bring the food back in,, when it was a Delivery Run !!! This Tiberios will Never meet up to the original Tiberios that we all knew , before This Tiberios bought them!!! I will Never buy anything from this establishment ever again!!! I will not speak highly of this establishment…
