Great food and a staple of Lancaster restaurants and pizza for years. However, I think that based on our most recent experience, we will stick to takeout for delivery only. The restaurant was very understaffed (only I person to handle bar and all patrons/tables) and the service and atmosphere was not great.
Ordered a delivery order (door dash) delivery was great until I opened my Stromboli box and it was empty. I got the refund from door dash but called the store just to let them know and was laughed at and said that’s not possible!!! ?? there wasn’t even grease on the foil in the box!!! Manager lady it’s not nice to laugh at customers when they call with an issue at your store! I was just trying to inform you and you laughed and hung up on me! NEVER again.

The decor is nice. I can't believe it is the same place from the diner it was before. Nicely decorated! The pizza was good, but I think they could have used some shaved ham instead of the mini cubes that were used. Staff was new.
