At least the food is hot at this one the one on memorial as soon as i got my food it was cold.Only other problem is the fish had bones in it at this store.

You don't see a lot of Managers out on the floor cleaning the tables. Especially when there is 5 to 8 workers on staff too. I just watched a lady named Haley (spelling could be off) jn Lancaster Ohio, clean this whole lobby and trash cans too. A+ Girlie....A+ Leading by example is one trait not taught. It takes a leader. Keep it up!!

Ordered 2 kids cb meals, one 4pc nugget kids meal and 2 #11s. We thought the total seemed a bit low so before paying asked the cashier if three kids meals and 2 #11s were on there she told us it was so we paid... it was not. Adding another meal and paying for it was not an issue but it seemed to be for the woman at the window they kept trying to hand out drinks we didn't order, our buns were cold for the #11s, fries severely under done and only three nuggets in the kids meal. I've worked in food service before it's not that complicated.. ..
