Frequent visits to the table, very cheerful, and served us a fantastic steak sandwich. Draft beer was cold and clean taste. And they have Keno. My kind of place, I will be back the next time I’m in the area 😁”

“If you are looking for good, scratch kitchen cooking, this is the place to go. I love the homecooked eggs and bacon, chicken fried steak, and biscuits and gravy. It's a small restaurant at the fairgrounds and the folks that go there are what most people would call country. Don't let that scare you off. These are good people that serve good food. “The coffee is amazing but the customer service is even better! Everyone I’ve encountered has been beyond friendly. Jack even took it up a notch today and asked if there was anything he could pray with me about today while we waited on my order and he proceeded to say a prayer right there in the drive thru. Both the coffee and the prayer were much needed today and appreciated. It was such a positive moment for my kids in the car to see.”

“Whit's is simply awesome. It's always packed, especially on summer nights where the town looks beautiful. Last night was no different. The staff are excellent and the service is super fast. They're also super friendly. All of them deserve high praise because I've never seen a single one of them slacking. We've never had a single bad experience since we've visited over the course of 10 years. I 100% stand by that statement. As far as the flavors, there are standards. We love the Buckeye Madness that's available every day. My personal favorite is Almond Joy. Unfortunately, that's on a rotating menu and only available, maybe once a month. My only wish is that it was on the menu more because it's perfection. Overall, the place is. When I bring people into town, they love this place. Some of my friends even considered moving to Lebanon because of it. If any of these staff members are reading, with the hard work you put in, you are going to have bright futures.”

“Great spot for good food and coffee. I had a tattoo appointment in Lebanon this morning and needed somewhere to grab something substantial but not too time consuming. David was very friendly, helpful, and conversational. I got the egg and cheese bagel sandwich with bacon added to it and it was delicious and freshly-made. I had a friend with me who is vegan and they had plenty of options to choose from.”

“The stuffed pizza is great. It should be a regular menu item! Had it with spicy sausage, grilled chicken, and pepperoni. I didn't realize it didn't have sauce in it, so it was good to have some sides of it for dipping. It's really good in the ranch as well as the pizza sauce. The regular pizza is good, and my kids like the pepperoni rondos.”

“The hotdogs were good, the service was decent, waited a bit for our check, she took our order and brought it to us, that was the service. I was blown away that a $2.99 hotdog was the size of a half a hotdog. Eating 2 was like eating 1 hotdog. For 4 hot dogs, 2 sodas and a water was almost $19.00. like I said, they were good.”

“We were in-between a tournament and had 30 people in our party they sat us within 20 minutes and had food to us very quickly, barrel house and catch a fire pizza wouldn't take our party. The only issue we had was constantly being asked if we wanted a beer or a shot. We had a soccer team with us and we told them no multiple times. Overall Food was great, and it was larger portions than regular Mexican places.”

Edit from recent visit during Oktoberfest 2025: I want to give kudos to the Taproom Manager, he was helping out with another lady at the bar. I asked for a couple crowlers and had went to pay and the tablet had an error, so as I waited for the Manager to finish...some guy comes up to be and tries to act like I skipped the line (which clearly I hadn't as the lady at the bar was helping people faster, as I waited for the guy to finish). It was a ridiculous altercation with a grown man, and the Manager went to bat for me. I appreciate that, and hope that gentleman who felt he needed to be a bully doesn't come back.”

“Placed an order on Monday for 200 Cinnabons, Deann was so helpful and courteous on the phone. I picked them up this morning and the service was top notch! I don’t know the names of the girls who helped me, but they went above and beyond, had the order ready when I arrived (a half hour early) had plates, plastic ware and extra icing cups. And they helped load it in my car! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!”

“The first thing to know is that my husband is a traveling nurse. So, we have been in many different states. And I have to say that this is my absolute favorite subway. The staff are always super friendly, I always see them cleaning, so it is the cleanest subway i've ever been in it. I have been to the Subway multiple times now and have never had a bad experience. “This is our new favorite Chinese takeout place of all time. I don't say that lightly. The food was excellent, the staff were nice, it was very affordable compared to other places, the portions were very large, and our carryout order was ready in 10 minutes. I got the General Tso chicken with fried rice; my wife got sesame chicken. We got the crab rangoon together. The food was well sealed and very hot when we took it home. The chicken tender on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside. The rice paired well with it. The sauce was really good. The inside of the crab rangoon was creamy and moist, and the outside was crunchy perfection. I was skeptical of this place before I tried it. Now. I just want more of their food.”

The hostess Audrey was so welcoming, professional, and had such a great spirit. She is the reason we even tried the restaurant. Then our server was Sharon Crist. Sharon knows what the hell she is doing!! She was absolutely spectacular and we will now be one of Sharon’s regulars. She was very attentive, a true professional, and you could tell she takes her job very seriously and wants to provide an A+ experience for all her customers. We look forward to coming back because of Audrey and Sharon. They both need raises!!”
