Ordered a roast beef sandwich last night and have been getting sick all night and morning.This is my last time eating Arby's I can say that for sure!!

Ran through the drive through for a sandwich and fries, my fries came out cold and soggy, The staff did replace the fries, but after I got them back and finished I was already driving home, went to eat my sandwich and the same cold deal was in my bacon and sandwich.

Crinkle fries were just warm; they cooked fresh fries. Chicken was not cooked completely on my sandwich. We showed them. They didn't offer a coupon or anything. I didn't want a another sandwich.

Went through the drive thru. Took some time to get acknowledged on the speaker. Service at the window was awesome!Roast beef sandwiches however---The meat was smashed and flattened like it was just thawed out.Not a happy camper.

Stood by the front register while 1 employee was working the drive thru and 1 employee was getting food for the drive thru. We stood there for about five minutes b4 one of them called for another girl to come up front to the counter. One of them looked rite at us when we walked in. All I can say is, food was fresh and hot! Customer service is lacking!Parking: There is usually plenty of parking before the lunch crowd hits at 12:00

They got into it with a doordasher and said that they aren't priority and to leave the store. There was a drive thru complaint that was dealt inappropriately by the same boy that asked the Doordash lady to leave restaurant. Management is poor and no proper training in customer communication. Employees are trying to run it like they want it to be. Common with franchisees when they just sit back and collect money and don't actually visit the establishment. Sad that this place is failing fast.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no handicap parking at this establishment. No ramp to get over curb. Doorway is large enough to accommodate disability.

Went there for second time in 4 months, bread was very tough almost needed a knife to cut it. Very little cheese on it, seen some melted outside of bun but sure couldnt taste it. And I guess you're supposed to bring ur own napkins, I mean really at almost 12 dollars for a french dip &swiss and small drink this is almost a crime. Avoid the Lebanon Arbys at all cost

my fiancée and I went in around 7:30, we had a coupon and thought it would be easier in person. We waited 10 minutes and not a single person spoke to us, however the man mopping did mop my heels as we were waiting for service. he did not say excuse me or apologize, just kept mopping and went out to smoke without saying a single word to us. we left, and are currently sitting in the drive through with several cars behind us and no one is being helped. 0/10

I enjoyed my number #14, Beth said her beef and cheddar didn't have red sauce on it. She had to put arbys sauce on it, she said,"it's not the same. The red sauce is like a French sauce, and arbys sauce is like BBQ."
