Always great service and food during the day. But when you go after 9pm it all goes downhill. We were given the complete wrong order, then told we needed to show a receipt to get our food, after not being given one.
I just wanted some comfort food, but there was nothing comforting about this experience at all. First, let me say the only nice staff member. who did not treat us bad or like we were inconveniencing them was Jeremy. Every female staff member there had attitude it was like somebody pissed in their cheerios. The lobby's Ice Maker was out of ice. All the diet pepsi's had no syrup they were just all carbonation. If only they could give me a soft taco without lettuce! I've been here a few times. I've asked for a soft taco without lettuce 3 times. All 3 times I received my soft tacos with a lot of lettuce! Is this some sort of sick joke!? Please Taco Bell... PLEASE, get my taco right!!!
