If that's Italian then I'm French! The souse was like water and NO flavor. The service was the worst I've had in year's. DRINKS were way over priced and the waiter never came around for refills......

Entered. No hostess to seat us. Waited until I looked around the corner at the bartender. She saw me and came to seat us, on the patio as "all the servers are inside". Ok fine.Order an appetizer, a drink and two entrees. The drink was just ok. Nothing special. The appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip. It was decent.Ordered a lasagna and the pasta brio. Both dishes came. Both not as hot as you would expect fresh cooked food to be. Warm at best. Ok fine continued to eat.Me and my guest both stopped eating around the same time and said the food was very bland tasting. I asked for fresh cheese when the server came around. We never got the cheese.Neither of us finished more than a quarter of the dish.Took the remaing food to go. It was thrown out. Will not return.

We had not been to Bravo in a long time and we decided to go for lunch. Since we have retired we dine out for lunch most days of the week. Not only did we have a delicious lunch, however, we also had an excellent waitress, Alexus. She was enthusiastically explained the different dishes on the menu, making it hard to choose. She was very knowledgable and said she wanted us to have a good dining experience. Indeed we did and we will be back soon.

The food is great, and so was our service. But the parking situation and the streets inside this "enclave" are a holy nightmare. If you're okay with that, I highly recommend it.Parking: After getting lost, my friend finally dropped me at the entrance and went searching for the valet parking. All street spots were full, and how to find a garage entrance was incomprehensible.

One of the hostesses was very nice but she had an errand to run and another one showed up and was borderline rude. The service was good but the food was mediocre. Had the risotto with shrimp and scallops. The scallops were tiny things and very chewy, not tender at all. My wife only had a salad and it was OK. Basically overpriced Italian food.Parking: Found street parking within short distance to restaurant but we got there early.

Planned a corporate event and the support from the staff was fantastic! Constantly checking on us, asking when we wanted to move on to the next course based on our event plans. Overall a great place.Dietary restrictions: Chef came to the table to address and assure the allergy items were prepared without cross contamination!

We don't come here very often but it hasn't disappointed us on thr occasions that we have. I cook several Italian dishes so when we go to an Italian restaurant, we try to order dishes I don't make. My wife's Risotto was excellent, as way my Sicilian Spaghetti. The later may be something I try making at home but I doubt mine will turn out quite as nicely as the dish at Brio. The lobster bisque, which we split, was also excellent. Many lobster bisque are too salty but Brio has some ofnthr best. The service was warm and welcoming. It was attentive but not overly so.The drinks were poured generously and well mixed.

We have been to several Brio's across Ohio and this one in Liberty Center was by far the best tasting. Compliments to the kitchen! Everything was delicious, seasoned well, and didn't take too long. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, our server was phenomenal. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza with sausage . And my guest got the egg plant with shrimp. Which was phenomenal. We were in and out. Thank you for the great lunch and awesome service!!

Good food. Very busy Sat night.Only issue is parking congestion making finding a spot a challenge for all restuarants not just Brio.
