The staff at Charley's in Perry/Tusc are phenomenal! Employees Osha and Gabriella greet you with a smile, they both are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The food is fantastic no matter what you order A true and genuine dining experience.

Not quite as good as Penn Station, but you get a bit more here too. For the same price as a medium cheese steak with small fry and drink at Penn Station I was able to get a medium cheese steak with loaded fries and a large drink at Charley's. The steak and other ingredient quality wasn't quite as good at Charley's but it was good still. I wouldn't say they're "#1" Maybe #3 out of 5.

Ordered fries and soda. The soda was fine but the jalapeño fries had cold bacon and unmelted cheese, which it claimed to have. The fries were squishy and unsatisfactory.

Fries cold, topped with cold bacon and cold unmelted cheese. Chicken teriyaki is terrible. Waste of money. Won't be going back.
Went to eat lunch at 2:30. Was told they could only serve fries and drinks. Needless to say we didn’t eat there since we wanted lunch.
Don't bother using the app to order ahead of time. They are too lazy to check their system until you get here. But other than that they're not bad.
