Should have read the reviews before wasting my time going to this location. Won't make that mistake twice. I went there a few minutes after 7pm tonight and they were open. All the food/ingredients out ready to make orders - but no workers. I stood around for nearly 10 minutes and no one appeared. Even tried calling and still crickets. Funny enough, there was a typed paper taped to the counter telling customers to be nice to their workers because they work hard. Whoever owns this location clearly is out of the loop based on other reviews I just read. Another reviewer had the same experience I did with no one working. Then another posted pics of getting the middle finger from a worker. I could go on but you can read the other reviews. Fortunately the Deerfield location is great so I will drive the additional 15 minutes from now on. I recommend you save yourself the trouble and do the same.

Worker was extremely rude. She didn’t want to serve me because I was in her way?? I was standing with my friend while she ordered. Hitting her vape while working. Is this the type of people you hire? Disgusting. She flips me off while I’m enjoying my food sitting down

Employees were rude and not accommodating. Then when we sat down to eat our food, and the chicken was gray, chewy, and almost rubbery. I threw away the whole bowl. We did not feel comfortable approaching the employees about this issue. Won’t be back.

Well we wanted to eat here but no one showed up after waiting 10 minutes. Even calling the phone number listed didn’t get anyone to show up at the front. Doesn’t seem like the best way to earn revenue so we chose another place instead. Oh well.Update: done with our food 20 minutes later and we see two people walk up to the front counter finally after several others also gave up. I am pretty sure they were doing something inappropriate in the back which is a pretty wild way to end the story! This was at about 12:15pm October 8.

Best customer service. The guy working yesterday hands down one of the friendliest people and that’s why we would come back. Food was good too.

Cashier added $5 gratuity without asking. They tried to hide it by crumbling up the receipt. I had to ask for receipt out of the garbage to verify. Won't be back. Very dishonest employees.

Disappointed is an understatement. Stood and waited for over 5 mins waiting for them to start my order. The girl that made my food was rude and inexperienced. She couldn’t even roll my burrito. Then when I could finally eat the food was gross. Won’t be eating here again. ???

I was here a couple days ago, and I bought a small bowl. They said when I was paying, “it will cost 80 cents more to complete your meal with a drink and chips.” So I agreed and finished my meal. When I got the receipt, it showed it costs 3.45 to finish the meal. They lied. Poor service as well. The workers were not wearing masks. Will definitely not come back.

My daughter and I decided to visit the mall for dinner last Friday. I had the Chinese, but my daughter wanted Qdoba. She ordered a bowl, with the various items she chose. The worker who built her bowl, was a female. This female was properly wearing her mask. We also noticed she was wearing gloves. As we worked our way down there assembly line, the manager, a man wearing a black shirt, appeared to be in charge. He was wearing a very small cloth mask that was not being worn properly. It was under his nose and barely touch the bottom of his lip. He was also not wearing gloves. I believe this location just recently reopened after being closed. On a good report, my daughter did enjoy her food, and said it was delicious. With most restaurants now being extra careful, we did not see any, or very few precautions made here at this restaurant within the mall.
