honestly, the night shift has some of the rudest servers i have ever had. we had an employee (wish i got her name) who proceeded to come to our table maybe 3 times? and once we didn’t see her for almost 45 minutes at our table but she continued to check in her other tables. (at this point all we got were drinks and an app). she proceeded to tell us that we weren’t allowed to order bc the kitchen was closed even though she literally never checked on us or asked us if we wanted to order (WHICH WE WANTED TO) before the kitchen closed. we responded “wow that’s great considering we haven’t seen you for over 30 minutes” and she rolled her eyes, scoffed, threw our check down and walked away. obviously we didn’t tip her anything bc the service was non existent. she then came back for the receipt which she lied about the owner needing them to count them or something dumb and then went back to other servers and talked about us, ripped up our receipt, and then told us something along the lines of being terrible customers and no one would ever want to serve us. really not sure what set her off to begin with, we were polite and patient, could have made this a bigger deal and made a scene but we let it go and still maintained integrity. i’m assuming her nasty attitude had to do with us being the only table of hers that had a female rather than all males. miss girl just wanted that tip i guess??? server was some chick with long blackish hair and big round glasses and held an attitude like she was hot shiz lol. joked with my bf that appearently he just had to flirt with her and she would’ve been at our table constantly and we would’ve actually had dinner lmfao

I really was like “oh let me cheer myself up and get this to eat” and didn’t get my drink, got slimy rotten celery and carrots, my macaroni bowl was covered in dried food on the outside and the macaroni itself was so dry. At that point I ended up throwing my entire order away because it smelled so bad as well. So thank you for that because that was super upsetting to be honest.

Iam a nurse who works alot. My husband is currently deployed, tonight I did a Doordash order. Got 6 wings with ranch. Side salad with ranch and Italian. Gets here bo ranch no Italian no napkings fork nothing..I call the one on Allentown in lima ohio. The girl answers I explained what happened she says well there's nothing I can do about that! I said wait so I pay for stuff n don't get it all. She says you don't pay for dressing..um yes it's included in the price for one..she was VERY rude, I ask to talk to a manager, she hangs up on me! I try calling back twice she answers n hangs up! Then I had a family member call back who btw is a navy veteran! And she is rude to him, tells him the manager is busy repeatedly asks why they wish to speak to a manager..none of her business why! She then hangs up..they call back she continues to get smart. N they say I'll be calling corporate! She said over dressing! Um yes you have no idea ppls circumstances, she needs to be fired!

Food is ok, service is ok. The rewards program is a farce. I just bought almost $400 is gift cards but there is no way I can get my points on my account. I talked to the store manager who said it was a third party. ALL LIES! Don't fall for the reward program! Yes you can claim 10 points if you check in but not on $400 gift cards!!!!!

Our sever was beyond friendly and attentive, on the evening before Thanksgiving, which is a busy night. He saw there was no host at the moment and came out to seat us and then took care of our table the whole night. Very much appreciated and a pleasant dinner.
