Our sever was beyond friendly and attentive, on the evening before Thanksgiving, which is a busy night. He saw there was no host at the moment and came out to seat us and then took care of our table the whole night. Very much appreciated and a pleasant dinner.
The service was quick and friendly. I liked that the music was not as loud as some other locations. A few items we ordered could have been better. The boneless wings needed more sauce. The salad looked a bit old.Kid-friendliness: Went in for the Halloween deal with the kids. They all had a great time. They love the fries here and the pretzel bites.

Food is ok, service is ok. The rewards program is a farce. I just bought almost $400 is gift cards but there is no way I can get my points on my account. I talked to the store manager who said it was a third party. ALL LIES! Don't fall for the reward program! Yes you can claim 10 points if you check in but not on $400 gift cards!!!!!
