This location seems to always be struggling to provide good service. It was busy but not jammed and our waitress was overwhelmed. Missed food, long wait times for the food we received, separate checks were all lumped into one, etc. This was the 3d time in a row for poor service.

I don't know if it's just us when we visit this place but this was our 3rd time here and the service wasn't good. The servers seemed to have there favorite tables/customers and they get all the attention from the server. For example: we arrived (my husband, preteen daughter and myself) was in line before another group of 3 came in and they looked at the people that came in after us and the hostess ushered them to go ahead of us and was talking to them the whole time, even asked...read full review

There was 5 of us at the table, 2 ordered the same, 2 others ordered the same, we did have some to go orders to. We got our to go orders and 1 pizza, than about 10 minutes later got another pizza, than another item, 20 minutes later got the last 2 items. Got home and had missing items with our order. The first pizza was cold waiting for some of the other food to come. I wasn't impressed
