Yesterday had great customer service from a young lady named Daijah who fixed an issue we had with our order in a very kind & professional way. She is a definite asset to your business!
Honestly I've never really been impressed with the overall concept of Panera bread. I don't really eat here due the the crazy inflated prices of everything. Today I just got a coffee as I was meeting a client. The young man that rang me up did so, went to the fountain to get himself a drink, came back and then made my drink.... Once I got it, it was pretty good.
