But in a great way I went in there for the first time and they (staff and patrons) treated me like I was a regular I wish they had liquor but their beer and wings are great and I'm one (according to Google) top 5% of local (n.e Ohio) reviewers and if you wanna hang with your friends and play pool or meet new people and have good prices on food and drink this is the place

“While I have not yet placed an order with Fat Beagle Bakery, I wanted to recommend them to everyone based on the kind of people that they are. I recently had not one, but TWO different bakers cancel on me with no notice, right before a special 40th birthday celebration. The cake was obviously supposed to be the centerpiece, and about a week before the party, the second baker canceled without notice, just like the first had. I went into full-blown panic mode!!! I contacted Fat Beagle Bakery to see if they could make the cake. They were not able to, due to schedule conflicts, but instead of just leaving me helpless and devastated, they went so far above and beyond to try to find me a baker that could make the cake for my party. They DID find a baker for me, (actually more than one option!), who made a terrific cake that was everything I asked for, with very little notice, and truly saved the entire event🥰!! My party was about to be an epic letdown, and instead, thanks to the efforts of Fat Beagle Bakery and the baker they found for me, it was a huge success! And Fat Beagle Bakery did all of that without any gain whatsoever for themselves!!!! All too often it seems that more and more people do not care about the plight of others, especially if there is nothing in it for them, but this bakery is the complete opposite! I was so impressed!! And humbled! What great people! I am absolutely sure that their cakes taste amazing, and I look forward to ordering from them in the future. But at least know that this bakery is run by the very best type of people who will go so far out of their way to help even a perfect stranger!! I CANNOT thank them enough!!! “Delicious! Ordered takeout today for the first time and was very happy with the quality and the taste. The portion size was great for the price, everything was fresh and very tasty. Will go again! I got the General Tso chicken & Orange chicken. They were delicious and steaming hot even after 20 minutes after getting home.”

“My teenager suddenly wanted an ice cream date at 9:45pm. We looked for open ice cream shops and we were already 20 minutes away and that happened to be closing time; until I came across School House Scoops! I love that they are open until 10:30 when most places close at 10! The ice cream is rich and doesn’t have that ice or freezer burn taste, it’s very fresh! We were overly accommodated by the owner and will definitely be back!”

“I probably would inly go back for the food. If you enjoy a local country bar atmosphere this is for you. The food was great, I got a cheeseburger and I'd love to get one again.We had a struggle getting someone's attention to pay for our meals as we were leaving (but I think it was their peak busy hour). “Lost and looking for the freeway, I drive past Aunt 'B's dinner. After about a quarter mile, I had to turn around and go back. I was hungry and lost...so I turned around. Folk coming out said all the menu items were good....

I sat at the bar and asked the fellow next to me what he liked best...he said the Town special. The waiter said the Western Omelette.

It was the Omelet and coffee I ordered. Oh My was that good....so good I may try getting lost again just to find it.

Look for the corner of 162 X and 301. Parking is easy, people friendly and the food better than home cooking.

Told my wife about Aunt B's and had to promise I will take to Aunt B's too.

Why not get the old map out and take a country drive, you don't have to be lost, just hungry.

“Did not eat here but I'm guessing the food is good. This place is so much fun!!!!! The vibe and atmosphere is so cool. Tammy is the VERY BEST BARTENDER ever. We just met her yet she knew all our names and had our drinks memorized by round 2. She kept checking on our table and provided excellent service and she was also fun! Hope to be back to this bar soon. Can't love it enough!”

Kid-friendliness: It has a pool table!! But please remember it's a old fashioned straight up bar as bars go!! But the food is worth it!!”

“I am sure this is the place to be if you just won a little league game... Prices were decent and matches portion sizes. I'm definitely more salty than malty about the addition of a little malt to my chocolate milk shake. I'm sure a non malty made it. A great small town ice cream joint, could use a better outdoor enjoy your scoop area.
