Staff is rough. Tanisha was pretty rude to other staff members including a helpless trainee and generally nasty to us, the customers. I know it’s tough out in these streets but good customer service is a must.
Very slow , rude unfriendly staff. The smallest sundae ever, smaller than a child size. Won't come back, Which is sad because I love Daisy Queen. We will go to the Lancaster DQ instead.

We have long enjoyed our DQ and appreciated the service and quality. Recently things really seem to be going downhill. Service is still ok, if you have nowhere to be - the drive thru lends new meaning to the term ‘fast food’ - it isn’t so much. We could overlook that, but a couple recent orders give us cause to reconsider our choice. In recent weeks they have jacked up the prices way too much and cut quality.
