Folks were way to accepting of exceedingly slow service. With 4 people on duty, there was no sense of urgency, 1 on drive thru, one barista, two goofing off. Slowest service I've seen at a Starbucks in 15 years. The manager needs to get it together and train their team on customer service and working together. Very bad experience for me. I ordered coffee online and was told to wait a few minutes I waited almost 10 minutes nothing they said then I went inside and told her where is my order the lady just saw her computer and said oh ya here is the order.so my question why we order online.
