“My family and I were there for the soler eclipse, weekend. We walked in sat down at the bar, everyone was extremely friendly, kind, nice, polite, warm and welcoming. We had just come from another bar around the corner called SPEAK OF THE DEVIL they were rude unwelcoming talked about us eclipse people like really what are they doing here. Never went back there again. Back to Brass & Bronze we had the tacos the 1st night amazing. We went back the second night the kitchen had just closed so we had a drink then one of the owners came over and said I know how to make pizza I can make you pizza. So that is what we had for our 2nd night s dinner. We went back the next day for the eclipse for lunch about 1 again amazing. We meet the President of the city Council Joel Arredondo and his wife they sat outside with us and watched the eclipse. Again very welcoming, they had their daughter’s wedding at this restaurant. I recommend this place extremely high. We had the best weekend in a long time”

“The American Slovak Club hosted a 50th wedding anniversary party and it was a huge hit. The venue worked well for our group and they did a great job hosting. We would definitely come back and host another event here.”

“It's a nice laid back type bar. They have comfortable seating and friendly staff. The drinks are good and priced fair. The food selection is lacking, but that may or may not bother you. Will be back again for sure!”

“Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and drink order, and the drinks are cold and cheap. CASH ONLY but ATM is in-house. There's a few frozen food options (pizza rolls, chicken fingers). They do fun events like comedy shows, darts, and music trivia.

They added comedy shows to the line up.”

“I just recently visited Papasitos with my wife and friends. We sat in the rear bar area with a great view of the lake. I tried one of their new dishes (FAJITAS DE CARNITAS Y CHORIZO ) and it was awesome! While sitting there, we were all entertained watching four bald eagles, perching in the trees and flying around the edge of the lake! I love coming to this place because of the great atmosphere and awesome food. I must add that the staff is very friendly and they work very hard!”

“We have been here many times and always had a great experience. This last time we went, we were disappointed in the-trio pick. In the past, the olives were marinated olives and not out of the jar and the cheese ball was not up to par as it usually is. Still love this place and we will come back just bring back the marinated olives!”

“I arrived just before their dinner rush and ordered without waiting more than a few minutes. Whomever misplaced my order slip allowed approximately 10 customers to place and receive orders ahead of me. This included 3 Door Dashers. If transactions are ticketed in the order they're received, then I should not have been waiting 15-20 minutes for my food. I was behind 1 person ordering, with 2 customers waiting for orders. They were rightfully served before me in rapid fashion. I watched the waiting/ordering area fill up and overflow to the dining room. There was a manager present, with at last 3, perhaps 4 employees working the front during their rush. I witnessed the manager get in his fancy car and leave his employees while they handled the line. I've had managers like that before...I empathize with them. I've also had managers who kill the rush before they pack up and leave. If I feel inclined to stop again, I will make sure I leave a tip for the employee who found my missing ticket.

Overall the gyro was good, but I've had jumbo orders in Cleveland that dwarf the one I had, for virtually the same price.”

“Disappointed in meatballs. Recipe not same as before. Too much filler maybe breadcrumbs and lesss meat!!! Go back to original recipe. Miss Miller Lite also!”

“This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Hidden gem!!!! I'm so glad we stopped to eat here!!!! We ordered the brisket with Mac & cheese, mondo burger, and the chopchz Philly. EVERYTHING was delicious. The Mac & cheese was literally the BEST mac & cheese I've ever eaten at a restaurant. The brisket was GREAT!!!! Burger was cooked perfect. I brought the chop chopchz Philly home to my husband and he ate it COLD and still thought it was good!!!! The atmosphere was inviting, restaurant was clean, waitress was very friendly and attentive. We live outside of Toledo but whenever we are back out this way we will DEFINITELY stop by again!!!”

I can however tell you I only gave them four stars because I repeatedly asked for bigger cups and they still don’t have them because that’s how absolutely delicious they are. “Every single time I've ordered from here, it's been a worldly difference than any other Subway I've dined at. I'm 36 and have been chowing on Subway since I was a young fella, so I've eaten at quite a few of these establishments in the U.S.

Yesterday, 02/28/2025, I picked up an online order and even though the interaction was short, the gal and gentlemen working were having fun, hard at work, gave positive engagement and of course when I got home, the sandwich was made to quite literal perfection.

I do remember the store was very clean and like the other visits, you could feel the warmth in the atmosphere when walking in. Surely will be using this location as my to-go-to. Management should be very proud.”
