“The food is excellent, the place is quite nice but in terms of service I think they should be quite concerned, they don't recommend anything, they don't come to the table to take your order, I won't return until they improve in that aspect!“

“I came here for the lobster crab shrimp BLT and I thought I found the love of my life but not this time. I wish the filling of the seafood portion had more texture with pieces of meat. It puts me in mind of tuna salad. It’s a cold sandwich but the filling was ice cold. The French fries could use improvement as well. Overall the food wasn’t nasty but I wouldn’t order or recommend it. Over priced as well for what’s given. The restaurant is beautiful and I will definitely come back to try another dish. I sat at the bar and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant which is why I ate in.“

“First time visiting shortly after a Friday opening prior to lunch and they're already busy. Sat at bar. Available tap beers are from local breweries. Had a pint in warm glass as they do not chill or freeze glasses. New York style pizza was great tasting first couple of bites in then you're left will a lot of chewy crust. Not enough toppings or cheese. Wish they gave option for edge-to-edge toppings as the crust flavor blends excellent with the toppings. Parmesan fries are top notch as for an appetizer had a kids meal which includes production cheese sticks - will pass next time. No option for hot pizza sauce unless you order meatball sauce which is unique.The building interior is art deco style from the 1930's and I really like the creative decor within including the Subway restrooms with public announcements, nice touch! Only interacted with bartender and manager both we very professional and seemed to really care about the customer which led to an overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend. Be warned parking is tough and long waiting times to be expected during peak times. “Wonderful flavors! Pillowy homemade pitas! Small business. The wait staff was pretty busy, so we sat for a bit. We made a meal of appetizers. The menu has a true name to those of us who don't want to butcher the language name for the foods. Example: cheese pies. It is in a strip mall but don't let that deter you.“

“My husband and I have had pizza from one place or another every Friday night for years, and Mac’s is easily one of the most inclusive menus I’ve ever seen. Vegan, meat lover, and anything in between- there’s something here for you. The sauce to cheese ratio was perfect, the crust was delicious, and you can tell the ingredients are really fresh. “I’m a frequent customer because Nekter is amazing! They have great bowls and juices. I always feel healthier after eating/drinking their products. Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.“

“Food- Excellent Server- Excellent Customer service-lacking. Front desk only. I made reservations a week ago because I knew the restaurant would be packed and I was right. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and when I told them that we needed a table not a booth they instantly stopped in their tracks and the manager said they didn't have any tables as they were all being used for large groups and I didn't specify my preference in the reservation notes. MY fault apparently. We were asked if we would like to sit at a funky little swirly table in the bar that was a low top and we could be seated on stools or we could wait. That angered me. Why make the silly reservation then???!! We opted for seating at the bar, but realized soon that we would have very little space for our dishes as the table was quite small. I was a little annoyed, and told my husband if we would have had nowhere to sit it would have not been pleasant. However my annoyance with them began to disappear as Amanda gave us flawless service. Our meals were brought out in a timely manner and were correct. The food was incredibly good. The small table issue was a non-issue as Amanda bussed the table as soon as we took our last bite and whisked away each dirty dish. She promptly brought out refills before we needed them. Amanda redeemed the restaurant due to their poor planning for the customer seating. They should have had some tables reserved for patrons who were not as handi-capable as others. I learned my lesson to specify our needs in the future; and the 5 star review is largely due to Amanda's efforts. Good job Amanda!“

“We had family in town and ordered takeout twice from The Mango Tree. Both times we had a very large order and I have to say that not only was the food delicious, but we were so impressed that our order was correct both times No mistakes! “Bangkok Terrace is one of my favorite restaurants literally of all time!!! If you have not tried it yet, you are truly missing out! I’ve been a patron for over 10 years, and no other restaurant has given me the amount of consistency over the years with flavor and quality like they have here. For two years straight many years ago, I basically ate here everyday, and still eat here frequently til this day. The owner is also so nice and very personable, which adds such positive energy to the experience and puts it at such a high level. Everything on the menu is deliciousness, but my all time favorites are the Golden Dragon Roll (which is literal Chef’s kiss), the Mango Summer Roll, the Crispy Pad Thai, and the traditional Pad Thai. I must say, their sushi is unmatched and the highest quality you can get. “This place has all the coffee shop essentials on the drink menu, with some other interesting flavors, and lots of "refreshers" for non-coffee drinks. I went with a plain cappuccino with oat milk (their oat milk is made in-house; it had an interesting flavor and a little more texture than your average, but it was pretty good). The espresso is pretty decent quality, too. My lady was a fan of her caramel latte. They have a couple breakfast sandwiches on the menu, a large selection of paleo primal donuts, some bagels, and muffins. The vibe is chill, and the couch I lazed on all morning was comfy!“

“They just renovated the space so it's more modern. The service counter is also different with its glass lid. Food and service same as before. Prices seem to be inching up and still no cucumbers so value inching lower but i believe it's still the cheapest sandwich shop, but not by much.“

“This was our first visit to Bru Burger Montgomery and was prompted by Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Week - and we will be back.My Gorgonberry Pecan salad was very large and tasted excellent, while my wife’s chili was a bowl (not a cup) and was quite filling in itself but tasted “just ok” since it had an unusual flavor in it that tasted like Lilac bushes smell. My Honey-Chipotle BBQ burger was huge (as in too big) and was extremely sloppy to eat given the Chipotle BBQ sauce and Black Pepper Mayo. The fries were unusual in that they tasted somewhat sweet as if they had both sugar and salt on them - not a fan. My Fudge Brownie dessert would have been excellent had it not been for the strawberry purée that interfered with the chocolate flavor of the brownie and fudge sauce. (I’m a chocolate lover.) My wife’s Peach Bread Pudding was amazing and worth a return trip for that alone. The portion sizes left us uncomfortably stuffed at the end of our 3-course dinners, but there was no way we were going to get our warm desserts with ice cream and whipped cream packed up “to go”.We ate on the patio and it was quite noisy given the metal roof echoing the conversations from all the other tables and the loud splashing of the nearby water fountain.Service was outstanding. Regular menu prices were reasonable considering the current prices at similar restaurants. By the way, there is a free parking garage entrance just east of the restaurant.“

“Food can be inconsistent but that is the charm of it being a local place and not a big chain restaurant. When it's good, it's really good. It's going to take you longer than you think in the drive thru. On average, expect to wait 10-20 minutes from pulling up to pulling out of the drive thru. I give it grace because it's part of our community. If you go in with this mindset, it'll make the experience much more positive. If you go in expecting something more than what it is, you're gonna be disappointed. I hope they stay in business for a long time and continue to improve their technique.“

I've happily changed my review to 5 stars!The bowls are so yummy, but I'm not able to order online, because the Korean BBQ is not an option for the Kenwood location! It's an option for "extra" but not as a main choice!?!! Please fix this. I have two other bowls that I can order online, but this one ingredient is not listed. Please help!
