I have two small children who are diagnosed with autism and a characteristic of their disability is being impatient to the point of having an emotional outburst when they are faced with waiting, Therefore, waiting at a restaurant can be very challenging. It occurred to me that if I called ahead to order, it would reduce the wait time and eliminate the chance of my boys becoming anxious. My group has had a couple decent times at this location. The most recent being a larger group. They have limitations on group size and we called ahead to ask. We were told they would leave a message for the evening team and to call 30 minutes before we went to eat. When we did, the message clearly did not get to them and they said they didn't take call aheads. This would have been nice e to hear about when we first called.
