Aside from their top tier customer service, their desserts/donuts are next to the best things i’ve ever tried in MY LIFE!!! everything is incredibly fresh and has so much flavor. not all donuts are created equal! i highly recommend you try Golden Hands. the price point can’t be matched either. you will pay more at the “competitor” donut places, i guarantee it!!! you won’t be disappointed!!!“

“Cincinnati hit the jackpot with Boosalis Baking! I used to jet off to Paris for work, trying every croissant spot there, thinking nothing could match up back home. But Boosalis proved me wrong in the best way!Their chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat) is the real deal. Seriously, it gives the famous spots in Paris a run for their money. And don't even get me started on their plain croissant—it's a close second to my favorite in Paris, Ble Sucre.Now, I can get my croissant fix without the long flight. It was so good we got enough cake for more than 150 people and had 100 people come to our wedding having no cake left over! “What a gem of a donut shop! The shop is really cute, tucked into a quiet corner of Norwood. I was thrilled to choose 12 varieties today and my coworkers loved every one of them. I had the citrus marmalade, so tangy and unusual, and the marmalade is made in house! The chefs father was manning the counter and he was really kind and knowledgeable. They have monthly special flavors, which are very unusual and delicious. Highly recommend! I’m looking forward to becoming a regular customer!“

“My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“

“Stopped in one morning and was overwhelmed with what this new, 5 minute from my house, Brazilian bakery is. To be frank it is a bit of a menagerie of things. Do they have coffee and sweets, yes, but not the pastries which I was expecting. Do they also have lunch items, yes, which I am excited to try but was not aware they were there. The name "Sweetness" is misleading as the store is more than just that. As someone who passes by on a daily basis I had no idea what they had and would have continued that trend without feeling a little adventurous today. I hope they are doing some marketing to the local businesses to spread their offerings.“

The customer service was immaculate and they were very patient with me as I communicated from a different state!! I ended up changing my order to, two cakes and sent them my printers board to show them what kind of cakes I wanted. Both cakes were exceptional and taste sooooooooo good !! The 1870 Tower is a sinful indulgence that’s not to be missed. Oh man!First time here. Came in with an open mind, thinking I wanted a banana split. But then the staff suggested the Black Raspberry Chocolate ice cream. Said it made up about 1/3 of their sales so I tried it and can see why! It’s delicious! Got a bag of chocolate malt balls to take back to the hotel. Graeter’s is a wonderful treat!“

“While visiting Hyde Park, a suburb of Cincinnati in Ohio, we went to Awakenings Coffee and Wine. The coffee was delicious... So much so that I took a bag of espresso beans back home to San Diego. Did not try any of the wine. The café is located on a wonderful block in Hyde Park with available shopping, food, and beautiful neighborhoods to walk nearby. Service wasn't as friendly as you'd expect, they weren't rude by any means, just not the typical caffeinated baristas. Would definitely go back again.“

“The place to go for dessert! The macarons are delicious in every flavor if you want a little bit of sweetness to finish dinner. You can get a 6 piece pack or a 12 piece pack and can choose to have different flavors in the pack. The store itself is small and plain but does not take away from the macarons. The cashier was very nice and let us take time to choose the flavors we were interested in. Definitely not a packed place to enjoy a bit of sweetness on a cold day.“

It's a cute little shop that has a few tables and chairs to eat in. The young lady at the counter greeted us as we came in. When we placed our order any question we had was politely answered. We got a dozen cupcakes of various flavors. I'd say the spiced carrot was my favorite. If I had any complaints its that the cupcakes were smaller than what I'm used to but good all the same.
