I have sat in this drive-thru waiting for 15 to 20 minutes on more than one occasion. Their hours have been unpredictable since 2020 especially in the dining room. The food is always good.
I had to correct our order in the drive thru and go inside to correct it again. I asked for curly fries and crinkle cut fries were in the bag. And what's the thing with being so stingy with condiments. If I want extra Arby's sauce then that's what I should get. Not told that "It's already in the bag". Prices have gone up and portions are getting even smaller. Where's the meat? Literally!

Place was a mess! Workers standing behind the counter doing nothing. Got food to go and the counter was filthy! No lids for drinks, asked for one and you would’ve thought I asked for a million dollars! All trash cans were overflowing! The restaurant wasn’t even busy. I will not be back!
