Unreliable hours, got a chicken sandwich one day, got home had no chicken on it. Pretend to be closed through the drive through 35 minutes before closing. Place has been BAD since covid. Don't recommend. 0/10 not enjoyable for the whole family.

Ordered two for $6 fish sandwiches. I ate the 1st one and it was so, so. The 2nd one I took 2 bites and it about made me sick! I believe it was left over from lunch? The lettuce was wilted or burnt up from being nuked more than once. The tartar sauce was nasty. Smelled spoiled. I told the wife, if I get sick we know where I got it from. Done eating here anymore. 6:30pm March 21st 2024.

Place was a mess! Workers standing behind the counter doing nothing. Got food to go and the counter was filthy! No lids for drinks, asked for one and you would’ve thought I asked for a million dollars! All trash cans were overflowing! The restaurant wasn’t even busy. I will not be back!

The customer service was awful. The bacon on my sandwich was fatty and the particular pieces were below standard ; when I took it up to the counter to have it remade … I’m assuming the manager had the worst attitude that I have EVER experienced with a fast food restaurant. He argued with me about the sandwich holding it up in his hand and argued with me first about what was wrong with it, second he declared all the bacon was the same and it wouldn’t be any different from what had been made, then I had to ask twice for it to be remade while he was glaring at me in silent stand off - eventually he huffed to the sandwich board and made a new one while cussing under his breath.The sandwich was actually much better, and wow ! All the bacon wasn’t the same as he declared.The argument that I had to go through was rude and below any kind of customer service that any owner could possibly be proud of.It was beyond ridiculous.Don’t go here if you want to be treated with respect as a customer.

Customer service is dead. The lady in the drive thru with bones tattooed on her hand had the worst attitude just taking our order on top of the I had to go inside to get the 9pc nugget I ordered and knowing that it's raining out she tried to give me the nuggets without a bag knowing that I came from the drive thru all employee's here need an attitude adjustment or to be fired. I will not be returning here, don't waste your money here!

Long story short we were having a rough day and were short on time. We spent 8 min in the drive thru, spent $43 on 3 meals and two sandwiches only to be missing 3 sandwiches and 1 was wrong. Noticed miles down the road. My hungry husband was pissed as this was the 2nd time this has happened to him from this location. I called and was told "let me call the general manager and see what he wants to do and I'll call you back". I doubt she even took my # down. The money isn't the point. The lack of customer service, care, and work ethic is. The food is eh, the cost is outrageous, the wait is long, the service is horrible. Not a pleasurable experience. Not a repeatable one.

I dont have a problem with the food it's amazing. the actual workers however are the complete opposite, the site says they open at 10am the sign on the door says they open at 10am, the workers were still smoking in the parking lot until 20 after 10 and when they finally got in there the doors were locked and the drive through was still blocked off for at least 25 more minutes. So I left, why even show up to work when it's noon before you get anything going? I saw roughly 25 to 30 cars get turned away because of these incompetent employees.

Drive thru order - 9 piece wing, small crinkle fry = $6. Paid $6.42, received 9 wings and no fries. Forgetting the fries could have been an honest mistake. Falsely charging tax on a food takeout order, however, is not. That's illegal. Train your workers better so you don't get sued.

This was a very disappointing Arby’s location. They were out of menu items like mozzarella sticks (long term judging by the sticker they had made to stick on the drive-thru menu), the staff had difficulty understanding a fairly straightforward order, and when we got our roast beef sandwiches, they were stone cold. Other than that detracting from the taste/eating experience, it’s a real concern for food safety. Skip this place and go somewhere else.
