“They could really use some extra staff on weekends at dinner time. Every time the drive thru is wrapped around the building, unhappy people waiting in the lobby 20+ minutes longer than the app pre-order estimated, and the available staff seem to be really hustling to keep up with orders but it's going out as fast as they can make it so it doesn't seem to be their fault. Had a long wait on mashed potatos so offered us fries instead. The food I've gotten was good and hot though when it was ready. The ordering app will say about 5 minutes until carry out is ready but expect more like 15 minutes minimum.“
“Always good food and also mostly good service. Any time I've had an issue, either my wife or I had an issue, with any of our orders, The would get it taken care of with an apology. That's one thing I've always liked about this place“
