I guess the driver was hungry and stole my food because I have a camera and they never arrived to my address. I called the store and they refused a refund refused a replacement. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service and I guess the drivers are illiterate and cannot read. Then tried to blame me saying my apt number wasn’t on the order but then stated I see it says blah blah…. If you call Papa Jon's, your getting India costumer service to get your pizza. I tried to order a medium pizza and breadsticks. They tried to charge me $40. Plus, it took 5 extra minutes to try and understand the language...

Myself and my bestie stop in and grab Papa Johns quite often. It's always good but today it was A GREAT EXPERIENCE! We went in to place carryout orders and were taken care of by Shayla (that's what our receipt says). Shayla was WONDERFUL! She was so kind and helpful and even walked our pizzas out to the car when they were finished. She was so outgoing and friendly it made our experience AMAZING!
