Myself and my bestie stop in and grab Papa Johns quite often. It's always good but today it was A GREAT EXPERIENCE! We went in to place carryout orders and were taken care of by Shayla (that's what our receipt says). Shayla was WONDERFUL! She was so kind and helpful and even walked our pizzas out to the car when they were finished. She was so outgoing and friendly it made our experience AMAZING! Our pizzas were delicious, hot, and made wonderfully- as well!Thanks Shayla! You rock! They need more workers like you!

Exposing Truth
I guess the driver was hungry and stole my food because I have a camera and they never arrived to my address. I called the store and they refused a refund refused a replacement. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service and I guess the drivers are illiterate and cannot read. Then tried to blame me saying my apt number wasn’t on the order but then stated I see it says blah blah…. Yep that’s the apartment number genius so you say it’s not there and then rattle it off to me so it was obviously there. I understand wanting to get home but to rip off your customers is wrong. Refused to refund and refused to send the driver out to correct the fact they didn’t read instructions or address. Hope someone enjoys the order I paid for. If corporate would like to see my camera footage I’m happy to send it to them to prove the driver was not here

If you call Papa Jon's, your getting India costumer service to get your pizza. I tried to order a medium pizza and breadsticks. They tried to charge me $40. Plus, it took 5 extra minutes to try and understand the language...

We order pizza and cheese sticks the cheese sticks are horrible. They are dry and around the whole outside looks like the crust on a pizza. And of course in our family they won’t eat those parts.

Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, was told up to 45 minutes, took exactly 2 hrs and 6 minutes. When the pizza got here it was freezing cold. Really bad service for the price paid unfortunately

Be careful ordering from papa johns on main. After just reopening! They will send you the wrong order then when you call to complain they tell you that it was made correctly and you’re basically lying. So you have to drive all the way across town to personally deliver them back to them to show them they made them wrong!! Was even told the GM made them!! Supposed to be a heart shape pizza and a deluxe without black olives! Then only to be told “well you must of got the wrong pizza” even tho our name was on them.. and was told that there was only black olives on half the pizza!!! I asked for NO BLACK OLIVES!! oh and didn’t even send the desert Oreo cookies we paid for!

Got a pizza and wanted it square cut and they had it on the sticker but it wasn’t cut like I wanted it to. I called the store and the manager was rude and never offer to remake it the way I wanted because she said she didn’t have to. Emailed the complaint line and they didn’t contact me at all. I think I’m done with them. Don’t have time to deal with rude people.

Bad experience…. they lost us as a 10 year customer by being rude, and belittling a senior citizen over a 99 cent garlic butter… we will never return and are telling all of our friends and family of our treatment there.
Actually if we’re up to me I’d give no stars. The food was horrible pizza had hardly no cheese on it and tasted old. And the wings were burnt and they of course refuse to replace it so won’t order from this place
