We've had the bakery bake all our cakes for over 30 years. They always are helpful, kind and courteous. If a mistake is made and its happened several times, they do not charge us for the cake. Very satisfied with the bakeries items that they make along with the service we get

I like that it's not Walmart as well as they still have cashiers. The are priced slightly higher I think than the other grocers in the area. They do have unique things to the area (that I know of anyway) shops, such as the lobster tank, cow hooves for dogs to chew on even Buckeye apparel! The OSU thing is ranking them a 4 up from 3 since they employ as well. They did however change their habanero pricing from being able to buy individual peppers to going to pre packaged peppers...read full review
