I have enjoyed this coffee since visiting a festival in Ohio where they had samples. I live in TN so I have to order it online. They are quick to get you your order. Recently, there was an issue with my order. They were so kind, handled it in a timely manner, and corrected it in a tangible manner. Anyone can make a mistake, but the mark of true extraordinary character is how one handles it. Great Customer Service. Asked a question on a Saturday via email and got a response back within 2 hours. Coffee is very good. Pods are a little bit bigger so you can squeeze out a little more for your money and cup. Repeat customer. Orders ship fast Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I've been trying out a lot of coffee brands since COVID has forced me to work from home. That being said, this company is one of my favorites. I have two bags on the way (snow angel and fluff booty shaker) and am finishing up the chocolate caramel and highland grog. Super fast shipping and excellent flavor selection!! Love supporting local companies!!
