Sorry to see this place continually going down hill. The last visit will be the last unfortunately. Food was not prepared and asked for the food,given a terrible reply that it is cooked fresh for every order. Hmm. 4 other orders after mine had been placed received their food! Sorry, but then we were given our order and it tasted horrible! As if the meat had been sitting out for quite some time prior to preparing. Fries... Undercooked and had a taste of an old kitchen rag. So we left food at the table so as not to fear becoming ill. The female manager did not even attempt to assist in resolving the concerns. Unfortunate after this visit we will no longer be back to this location!

The food was good but long wait. They seemed short on staffing. The bathroom was dirty, and one of the two stalls didn't lock or stay closed. There are no paper towels or working dryer.

Don't count on your door dash order being on time, very slow
Used online ordering. Food was to be ready at 5:30. Didn't receive order until after 6:00. The order was totally wrong and incomplete. Called them to discuss the situation and the phone was answered and immediately hung up.
