It's been a while since I've been to a steak 'n shake, so I don't know if it's been like this for long but I've never had to order on a touch screen, that was weird.
We walked in feeling very welcomed by the gentleman on the grill. Ordering our food was easy, and came out fast. The food was delicious, and the shakes were amazing. It’s been a while since we’ve been, but we’ll definitely be back!

The food was good but long wait. They seemed short on staffing. The bathroom was dirty, and one of the two stalls didn't lock or stay closed. There are no paper towels or working dryer.
