I visited Subway, 1 N. Franklin St., Richwood, Oh today for myself and my friends. I purchased 3 flatbread 12 inch rotisserie chicken subs w/lettuce, spinach,tomato, onion and ranch dressing on the side.... Rave reviews from me and my friends! They all said they were delicious !!! A 5 STAR!!!! The bread tasted fresh, veggies were good too. The only thg I suggest is plz hv your preparers remove any dangling bracelets that might touch the food and plz don't allow your shirt to touch...read full review

I can only assume 1 of 2 things: a)This place has a never ending supply of banana peppers.. Or.. b)The 3rd shift worker tonight is angry or hates them&wants them gone, afraid of them &wants them gone..Then again there's a possibility too that they don't care about how they represent the store and serve low quality items. I use mysubway rewards and I don't know how to use cash for mobile purchases so I had to explain to the employee that I ordered and paid online. They then had to wait to find my order I was waiting 20 mins just to leave with my food I already paid for. It's not a employee problem It's a company problem the employees are not given training with the mobile app. Thank you food is always great.
