Ordered double meat since this location only uses 2.5oz / 6" sub, most locations use 3oz and some even 4oz. So these cheap owners use 2.5 and then do not even double it when you pay the extra money to be able to taste the turkey.I asked the guy who made my sub if it was extra turkey because it felt light, twice. He insisted it was and I left. I went home and weighed the meat at 2.5oz on the half. Disappointed, I called the store and spoke to the manager. She said I had to bring the sub back and would give me a "free" double meat upgrade even though I already paid for it and not a free sub for my trouble and their lack execution and lying when questioned about it.I live more than 15 minutes away and the very under-trained manager was no help at all and not really worldly enough to understand that the free sub she saved her company has cost them my future business and anytime I am with people and we are getting food your franchise will not be considered.I hope people read this and see that you are shorting your customers on every sandwich with your sneaky way of counting the paper tray on the scale to make it read 3 oz for 2.5oz is a hell of a scam! Over many sandwiches i am sure you have lined your pockets nicely while ripping off your customer base and not teaching/developing your staff.

Worst customer service I have ever got at this store was the only one I went to in Marion did not know what went on y sub a number 15 literally turkey and cheese I'm telling you how to make it and still can't get is right and when I correct your mistakes you act like a complete puss about it as if I wasn't right literally reading the screen to you behind you there were no cookies made the ones that were there where where hard as a rock it's a shame all the subway stores have gone down hill so bad in this town was the only good one left so sad good thing we are getting a New Jersey Mike's

I visited Subway, 1 N. Franklin St., Richwood, Oh today for myself and my friends. I purchased 3 flatbread 12 inch rotisserie chicken subs w/lettuce, spinach,tomato, onion and ranch dressing on the side.... Rave reviews from me and my friends! They all said they were delicious !!! A 5 STAR!!!! The bread tasted fresh, veggies were good too. The only thg I suggest is plz hv your preparers remove any dangling bracelets that might touch the food and plz don't allow your shirt to touch the customers food as your leaning in to reach for the chicken. or veggies....plz and thank you! The server did apologize and I appreciated that! Other than that... good job subway... Richwood! ....Store looked clean, service could be a lil faster.... Lol...I was almost late for work trying to do a good deed for my friends... lol. I most def will be back soon tho!! :)

I can only assume 1 of 2 things: a)This place has a never ending supply of banana peppers.. Or.. b)The 3rd shift worker tonight is angry or hates them&wants them gone, afraid of them &wants them gone..Then again there's a possibility too that they don't care about how they represent the store and serve low quality items. They don't care that serving a large fraction of a single container of ban.peppers on one sandwich is completely wasteful(and UN called for). Owner should be aware of this when reviewing the budget.This pile is the size of the palm of my hand!

I use mysubway rewards and I don't know how to use cash for mobile purchases so I had to explain to the employee that I ordered and paid online. They then had to wait to find my order I was waiting 20 mins just to leave with my food I already paid for. It's not a employee problem It's a company problem the employees are not given training with the mobile app. Thank you food is always great.

I don't reccomend this subway, owner is extremely rude as well as the "manager" tammy. They pay dirt cheap and don't treat employees well, which is why they can't keep employees. They don't conduct buisness properly here!
