No matter how many times I try to give this location another try, even after they have different employees working, my mini bagels are always cold when I get them. I've tried other food here such as the hash browns and donuts. The hasbrowns taste burnt even though they aren't, and the donuts are always stale. The Dunkin' near Hauk rd in Sharonville always has hot bagels every time I go, without sacrificing a speedy drive-thru experience, so I am not sure what the hold up is with...read full review

I tried the hot chocolate with a shot of espresso and I had to get another shot because i couldn't taste it, just taste like ok hot chocolate until I added more espresso,will try again and add a little sweetener. And also had blueberry donuts ?

The blonde girl working the drive-through definitely does not need to work with people. I have never felt so rushed out of the line when there was no cars but me.
