There is a level of respect that is expected from an establishment and it's employees but there is also a basic level of human decency that one expects that is severely lacking from this place. We have teenagers that think it's ok to talk down to customers over a coffee order. I have held my tongue on several occasions but the level of disrespect i received today warranted a comment. Please hire people that want to take care of the customer rather than people that think its funny or exciting to talk down customers. I've never felt so disrespected in my life.

This place is very bad, it's full of sellers, they sell it without asking, for example, I wanted sugar for my cappuccino, it wasn't in the crowd, they didn't add sugar to it, and it's like they're working for free, when the customer comes, they buy it for their money, I think it would be better if they greeted me with a smile, not for free.

No matter how many times I try to give this location another try, even after they have different employees working, my mini bagels are always cold when I get them. I've tried other food here such as the hash browns and donuts. The hasbrowns taste burnt even though they aren't, and the donuts are always stale. The Dunkin' near Hauk rd in Sharonville always has hot bagels every time I go, without sacrificing a speedy drive-thru experience, so I am not sure what the hold up is with the Mason location. I think I have finally learned my lesson to go to any Dunkin' but this one.Parking: 4 parking spots in front. The only other parking spaces are at the gas pumps
I tried the hot chocolate with a shot of espresso and I had to get another shot because i couldn't taste it, just taste like ok hot chocolate until I added more espresso,will try again and add a little sweetener. And also had blueberry donuts ?

Came through the drive thru took forever to take my order, then once they finally take it after I waited all that time they said they aren’t serving hot food? That’s half of the menu.. and would have been great to know from them telling me beforehand or had a sign up on the board so I didn’t sit and wait all of that time.
