I placed an order online however the third party delivery service could not deliver the order by the time I needed it. I tried to switch the order to pick up online but the online system would not allow it. I called the store and they took my order over the phone regardless of being in the middle of lunch time and they told me they would have it ready for pickup within the time frame that I needed. I was told my order of 13 sandwiches was too large for the system to accept it to be a pickup order as it was considered a catering sized order. It was frustrating, but not blaming the store workers for the online system. The staff was friendly and took an order on the short notice ,food was fresh and good.

I usually love JJs but today was rough. The tuna tasted like straight salt block to the point I threw away half the sandwich. What a waste. I feel like it’s difficult for them to standardize the taste, consistency and sodium on the tuna for whatever reason. I will go back to Jersey Mike’s. Also, the music when I was in today was totally inappropriate for a professional restaurant, f-words flying all over the place while I’m watching the sandwich made. Cringe.

I love Jimmy John’s but this location is gross. It’s dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the tables were dirty even though we were the only customers and there were at least four staff members, mostly standing around and some on their phones. The service was unfriendly and honestly I hope I don’t get food poisoning.

My last visit was uncharacteristically slow. The cashier wasn't very quick but the sandwich makers were in no rush. In fact, one was off talking when my order needed to be completed. Then they marked the wrong number item on the wrapper and I had them double check what they made. The food was up to standard but I was surprised by the service. Never in the last ten years have my visits been anything but reliable, fast service.Parking: Parking is right in front of the store. There are many open spaces as the restaurant next door is closed

There was a homeless guy having his best day here with his two best LGBT XXL femininest friends. Place looked like the woke people target fired to save money. The two wild color haired women looked as greasy as every single table. I got fired here 20 years ago for not remembering how to make sandwiches, at least I didn't turn away customers at first site. The tables have some type of grease on them, built up filth. Another customer even commented. I love this place, it's gonna take a lot to completely turn me off but my wife is absolutely disgusted. Sandwich was good, I felt filthy afterwards.

Fantastic Food! Extremely fast one could even say it's freaky fast! The kickin ranch really has a kick to it so be careful! The sandwich maker Pablo does a terrific job wrapping and dishing out sandwiches! A+++

One guy who works there is so nice, gave me and my sister free brownies (if managers are seeing this don’t get mad at him). I love JJ’s! The food is served SO FAST and it tastes soooo good! Best JJ’s I’ve ever been too will be coming back for sure!

This JJ is usually up to par, however yesterday I ordered a two slim 2’s over delivery (just roast beef, cheese and mayo) and got NASTY food poisoning. I know for a fact it was the sandwich because I ate absolutely nothing else that day. TMI warning but all night for hours on end I had the worst diarrhea of my life and my stomach felt bloated and disgusting. When I thought it was over I ended up vomiting the following morning. I NEVER get sick like this unless I eat something bad
SECOND TIME I’ve ordered delivery and had Mayo packets missing, my sandwich is inedible without it. You would think It’s not that hard to read instructions and get my order right, apparently it is though
