I went there and the only good workers was the poor cook who was so sick coughing so horrible I asked if he was ok and the tallest skinny dark hair kid was literally only people actually working I go there once a week and it’s always the the same lazy works only people that truly work everytime is the cook that wears glasses and the tall kid why the tall blonde and the guy I’m guessing is her boyfriend are busy making out everytime those 2 give Popeyes a bad name for real they told me there name is Jess and Caroline they need fired

Disappointing experience with the chicken wings in pop eyes Louisiana kitchen. The portion size was surprisingly small, and the flavor was underwhelming I was expecting more depth and richness in the sauce, but It fell flat. Overall, not worth the price.Service was so poor.I never recommend

Been to this location many times on my trips to Kings Island and every visit I get great service and the best chicken of any Popeyes I been to,and this past Saturday I was really hungry and the manager let me get in the drive thru because the lobby was already closed,Thank you for staying open long enough for me to get in the drive thru line.Thats above and beyond that deserves recognition

Kassi is amazing!!! She was so patient with me trying to figure out what to eat. I haven't had Popeyes in some years and she recommended the bacon and cheese sandwich. It was sooo good and the Mac n cheese was perfect. Just the right amount of cheese and didn't need to add any pepper.
Really wish Popeyes would do a major overhaul on the entire operation. I've been to different states and all have the same bad as customer service and NEVER HAVE CHICKEN READY! Chicken too good to have such horrible customer service in every store.
