Bathrooms were filthy, food was sub par, nothing was stocked at the drink station. Restaurant clearly suffers from poor management.

I love online orders where i work. it’s so easy to read and you don’t have to hear any ums or idks from customers. like i said, it’s so easy to read. how come the first time i start coming here rather than the tylersville one, they completely forget my burger. i was very confused. now today, my second time, there was even what seemed to be some sort of owner or high up manager there and my burger had the wrong ingredients. it’s a peice of paper, read the thing cuh!

Updating: my 4 month old is screaming, I’ve pulled up to wait for my food, still haven’t gotten it and been waiting a total of 35 minutes since we got here. ?I never complain, but this Wendy’s is consistently slow, unavailable, or lacking in service. I’ve come through on more than one occasion when “their systems were down, come back in 10 minutes” and I come back in 10 minutes and was fed the same exact line. And today the drive thru is awfully slow. I haven’t ordered yet and been in line for 15 minutes (not that many cars in front of me). We need new management over here or something! ?

Chicken nuggets hard and cold ,Cold ff ,Terrible parm Ceasar Salad ,wet wilted brown lettuce had to throw it all away !! Usually go to McDonald's but I wanted a salad !

Came here a few months ago and used the mobile order for pick up to avoid waiting in line at the drive-thru, When I arrived the dining room was closed and the app didn't say anything out the dining room. I decided to wait in the drive-thru line which was wrapped around the building and the line wasn't moving at all so I got out of line and went somewhere else.

Honestly, this has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. They're constantly running out of food. Order online, and when you show up, they tell you they can't refund you but will comp your next meal. Try to redeem that comped meal a few days later, and surprise, they're still out of what you originally wanted. There are a few drive-through workers who are genuinely nice, and I feel terrible for them because it's clear they're not getting the backup they need from management. You can see these employees struggling, with no manager in sight. My advice? Just skip this Wendy's if you're in the area. It's not worth it. On the off chance you do get your order, it's likely to be old or burnt, and the chili is so hard it's like it wasn't even cooked properly. I write reviews pretty often, and this place is definitely at the bottom of my list.

1 star bc i can't leave 0.I just started working in Mason and went here for lunch for the 1st time today. My coworkers warned me it was bad, but I didn't realize they meant arguably the worst fast food place in the entire world. I spent 30 minutes in line, paid for the wrong order, had to reorder my food bc it got sent with someone else, finally got my food and the Nuggets were cold,I got a reg chicken that I threw away bc the mayo was sour instead of the spicy I ordered, my chili was in a coffee cup lol, and I got a large pineapple lemonade instead of a medium all natural. If you're that hungry just Go to autozone next door and get some slim Jim's and a drink. It'll be better and cheaper

Worst place ever.always had my order wrong.Rude and didn’t even makesure if I get the order right.Red hair girl worst employee she’s rude and she need to go.one time they smoking by the dumpster while we waiting on the line lots of he problems happened to me same thing with my coworkers and sometimes family.Coprorate need to do something bout this restaurant in particular.Wordt Wendy’s ever.The red hair girl that smoke need to go.Inproffesional employeess.I came this morning to order Sausage and they gave me bacon instead.Im not a bacon person.They make me wait on the line while they smoke.Dont wanna waste my money so I gotta eat it.They also asked me if I’m with DoorDash before taking my order..That’s kind of racist also.The guy was big tall

I work about a mile away. A coworker told me that this is the worst location of any Wendy's. I had been once and it was a 5 out of 10. I ordered delivery and it was a 1 out of 10. Today I stopped in to pick up chili for my mother and they barely had enough for 2 smalls and it was BEFORE 5 pm. 1 car in drive thru, no one in store, yet I waited 10 mins or more before even being spoken to. I almost stood at the counter and called the store and ask to be waited on but I was trying not to be a Karen. I was just updating my app to order for a pick up when someone finally came to help. Even a manager was messing around on 2 phones and looking right at me. I'm not sure if I will go back. I will go out of my way to another location. 2 more things.....1 I don't hardly ever leave a bad review (it's either 5 star or nothing) and 2 I would of understood being out right ignored if the drive thru was wrapped around the building. I am only going to mention employee car blocking 2 handicap spot. I didn't need one but what if someone else did?

Burger meat was very old, so good thing they cooked it to death. Fries were lukewarm. Service was slow; they were not busy but with only 2 people working what would you expect.

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes without acknowledgment. I understand understaffing but a guy that came out of the dining room told me to just give up because there 3 employees standing around talking. They wouldn’t take his order either.
