We had a large party of 20 today for early dinner, which we called last week to make arrangements for all of us, called again on Wednesday, and again on friday to ensure they would be aware of our group. Well we came a half hour before the time we designated and they were not informed we were even coming. But the staff was able to get us all seated together. I wish we had more than 1 waitress, but she did an excellent job. We were very grateful for the staff today even though they weren't prepared due to no fault of their own. Food was delicious and not a long wait at all.Kid-friendliness: Our kids really love the corndogs

This Applebees has really gone downhill. Tonight’s experience will have me never go back to this Applebees. Service is terrible. The visit before this one we had to go to the bar to get our own water after asking for it twice, one persons food came out 15 mins after the rest. My son’s smoothie sat at the bar for about 10 mins while the waiter was nowhere to be seen. And when questioned about the drinks and food he was so rude. Tonight we go in. Put in our names and are told 5-10 min wait. Sit there for about 10 mins then hear them start telling everyone coming in it will be 30 mins due to their system going down. Never again. I’m just over it. We went to the Canton Applebees and had no issues. Service was great. We even seen a couple we had seen at this Applebees also go to the canton one after being ignored when walking in for a table. Get better Massillon Applebees.
