By far the worst location in the franchise. Every single time we order from this location it is always wrong. Not just a couple items missing. Every single bowl or burrito is made completely wrong. We just received an order, both entrees were made wrong, and there were sides of salsa in the bag , We never even ordered salsa. One time we ordered four entrees and received one, and it was not even one of the entrees in our order. It's not the delivery driver's fault because my name and our correct order is taped to the bag. I once took the order back and asked it to be made correctly. They looked at me like I was a giant inconvenience and not even one apology. I will take partial responsibility because every couple months I give it another try and every time it's exactly the same result. I should have learned my lesson long ago. The manager of this location should be fired as well as half the crew.

This is the newest location in my area, and so far it has been excellent! I pass two other locations to visit the list one! They do a great job here, there has not yet been a wait, they are always prepped! The staff to date has been stellar! I sincerely hope that this does not change any time soon!

Nice new place built next to new Aldi Store in Massillon. The service was good just wish I was given a little more protein on my Burrito. Overall even though they were scrapping the bottom of the pan to make it.

I do not recommend. First time in a long time getting chipotle. Picked up a quesadilla meal and burrito to take home 6 minutes away. One bite and it was literally the worst thing I've ever eaten. It was so dry and over cooked, asked for extra cheese and still only got a sprinkle which you wouldn't even know it had any. Couldn't even eat it. My son's burrito was the size of my palm. Food is so over priced for what you get, $20+ down the tubes. Definitely will be going to Taco Bell instead.

This place is a total joke tryed to order online refuse my credit card so I stopped in in person. Tryed to order a bowl in person after waiting 15 minutes none of the attendance seemed to know what they were doing. Ordered a bowl a protein bowl they didn't even know how to make it. So I asked them if the guy that does the online orders could make it they said no. REALLY what a joke this manager, staff, should be fired! I will never ever go back to the Chipotle again!!!

The staff is consistent here, consistent in messing up your order. Though they don't limit themselves to one failing, when they're not messing up your order they're rolling their eyes at you with some of the worst attitudes you can find. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile further to another location.

The food is as good as any other Chipotle, when they have it. This place appears to be poorly managed. They've been out of something (chips, guac, even chicken one time) every time out of the 4-5 times I've been there. The staff seem to be doing their best and they're friendly. Management needs to figure out how to keep the restaurant from running out of popular items.
