This place has really become a tad run down. Everything takes long from the time you order to the time you get it and it's somehow always cold or stale tasting. I went one time for an online order, followed the instructions, was then told to go through drive thru where it took forever and then was handed a cold bag of food. 2nd time I went recently I decided not to even attempt an online order, waited about 5 mins at the order intercom before they took more order and then waited...read full review

I would like to shoutout Cade and General Manager Jacob Williams for giving us exceptional service and food on Monday February 5th. They were the only 2 members in the store with a long lunch line. They were very respectful and extremely apologetic. We couldn’t ask for more. The wait was a bit much but I can tell they were doing their absolute best to keep the line moving. Those men deserve recognition for sure

First time ever here.I pulled up to the drive up, and they were only doing drive-thru orders. That was fine. Got to speaker is was not working. Got to window and order, received my food it was cold. I did enjoy shake.
